Suncoast Dental is led by Dr. Byron Larsen, DDS and Dr. Zeyad Hammad, DDS as equal partners. They're joined by associate dentists Dr. Will Xie, DDS and Dr. Ahmed Hammad, DDS — and our newest addition, Dr. Abdul-Rafi Ahmed, DDS, joining the team in August 2026. Together, our team covers general dentistry, advanced implants (including remote-anchorage cases that most practices refer out), sedation including on-site general anesthesia, and emergency care. Dr. Sean Beattie is a board-certified pediatric dentist who visits Suncoast once a month. He handles children's cases that benefit from a pediatric specialist — anxious kids, special-needs patients, and complex pediatric work. We welcome pediatric referrals from general dentists in surrounding offices for his visiting days.
For routine children's care, our regular team is family-friendly and treats kids every week. Dr. Beattie's visits are reserved for cases where his specialist expertise makes a difference. When you book, mention your child's situation and we'll suggest whether a Beattie visit makes sense.
