All-on-4 is a permanent dental restoration that replaces all the teeth in your upper jaw, lower jaw, or both using just four implants per arch. The implants are angled and positioned to maximize bone contact even in patients who don't have much bone left — which is why All-on-4 often works for people who've been told they need extensive bone grafting before they can have implants.
Most patients leave the surgical appointment with a fixed set of temporary teeth that look and function like permanent teeth. After 3 to 6 months of healing, the temporaries are replaced with the final prosthesis — typically a fixed bridge in porcelain, zirconia, or hybrid materials, designed and finished in our on-site SprintRay 3D-printing lab.
All-on-4 is usually the right choice for patients with a full arch of failing teeth, those wearing uncomfortable or unstable dentures, or anyone who wants a permanent replacement that doesn't come out. If even four implants aren't enough because of severe bone loss, zygomatic implants or other remote-anchorage options may make full-arch restoration possible.
Beyond the surgical procedure itself, an important part of the All-on-4 experience is the planning and follow-up. We schedule pre-op imaging well in advance, walk you through every step of what surgical day looks like (including what to wear, what to eat the day before, and what to expect waking up from sedation), and follow up by phone the next day to check in. The procedure is significant — we treat it like one.

We review your case, take a CBCT scan to assess bone, design your treatment plan, and give you transparent pricing. The custom surgical guide is designed and printed in-house based on your imaging.
On surgical day: any remaining teeth in the arch are extracted, four implants are placed using the custom surgical guide (and X-Nav navigation when warranted), and a fixed set of temporary teeth is attached. Most patients are under IV moderate sedation or general anesthesia for the procedure — your choice.
Soft-food diet, pain management with prescribed medication and ice, and follow-up visits within the first week to check healing. Most patients return to work within a few days and to a normal soft diet within 1–2 weeks.
The implants integrate with the surrounding bone. You wear the fixed temporaries throughout this period — they look and function like permanent teeth. Regular check-ins every 4–6 weeks to monitor healing.
Once integration is confirmed, we replace the temporary teeth with the permanent prosthesis — typically a fixed bridge in zirconia, porcelain, or hybrid material, designed and finished in our on-site lab.
