Dr. Hammad holds a DDS plus master's-level training, with a clinical focus on surgical procedures, full restorative care, and IV moderate sedation. He sees patients across the full range of general dentistry needs as well as complex restorative cases — crowns, bridges, root canals, and full-mouth reconstructions, including same-day work routed through the practice's on-site 3D-printing lab.
Dr. Hammad co-founded Suncoast Dental in 2024 with Dr. Byron Larsen. They are equal partners in the practice and share clinical leadership — Suncoast is independently owned and is not affiliated with any corporate dental group. Together with associate dentists Dr. Will Xie and Dr. Ahmed Hammad, they built Suncoast to keep advanced dental care available locally in Goderich and Huron County.
Dr. Hammad is one of three IV moderate sedation providers at Suncoast, working alongside Dr. Larsen and associate Dr. Will Xie. He also co-leads the practice's general anesthesia program, which is delivered on-site by an anesthesiologist from London Health Sciences Centre — Suncoast is the only practice in the area with a general anesthesia permit, which lets the team complete complex treatment plans in a single visit for patients who would otherwise need months of staged appointments.
Patients booking with Dr. Hammad typically come in for restorative work, full-mouth reconstructions, surgical procedures, or treatment under IV sedation. He's happy to discuss a case by phone before the consultation if that helps you decide whether to come in.
