Dr. Xie holds a DDS and is licensed to practice dentistry in Ontario. He joined Suncoast Dental as an associate dentist and sees general dentistry patients alongside the practice's complex implant and surgical caseload — handling cleanings, fillings, preventive care, new patient exams, and routine restorations. Patients booked with Dr. Xie see the same comprehensive Suncoast standard as the rest of the team.
Dr. Xie is one of three providers at Suncoast licensed in IV moderate sedation, working alongside Dr. Byron Larsen and Dr. Zeyad Hammad. He helps anxious patients receive treatment comfortably under sedation, including longer or more complex procedures completed in fewer visits than would be possible while awake.
Suncoast's full range of advanced services — sedation modalities up to and including on-site general anesthesia, advanced implants, on-site 3D-printed restorations, and same-day emergency appointments — is available to any patient Dr. Xie sees.
